This is the third Kia I have purchased from Bob King. I have been Happy with first one, the second one is my daughter’s which she is also enjoys.I decided on the Rondo to give me more room that I needed. I thoroughly enjoy Scott & Jacob, they are very customer focused, easy to talk to and better at what they do than others in their roles at other dealerships. KK is very pleasant and he is exceptional at his job! I learned more about my new Optima from him than I thought possible. On a scale of 1-10, I give KK a 12! The whole staff was nice and I recommend KK to anyone I see, including my family. When it is time to trade in my wife's Sedona, we will return to see KK. |
